C&B International was founded initially as an overseas base for C&B (UK) to supplement the HPD Champ car development programme. From this beginning it has developed into a high quality composites manufacturing facility in its own right. The facility provided the skill to pattern, mould and produce full size parts, which had been wind tunnel tested at 40% for the Honda powered teams. Most of these teams are based in the Indianapolis area, so this proved to be a very convenient location for C&B.

Located In Charlotte North Carolina, It will be the world's first commercially available full-scale, single belt, rolling road wind tunnel availale for testing and devlopment puposes. Windshear accommodates 100% full- scale vehicles, providing airspeeds up to 180mph and temperatures within 10 C The high- tech rolling road, 3.2 x 9 metres long, is a continuous stainless. steel belt I mm thick Windshear will operate continuously with a staff of 25. The facility will be available for hire to motor sports teams and manufacturers worldwide.
