Baty's new CAM-Check kit enables engine tuners to collect profile data
from cams that have performed well on the dyno, allowing them to check
that replacement cams 11ave beerl made to exactly the same spec. Also
this base data can be used to develop new profiles, specifying to the
cam grinder exactly what profile changes are required and using
CAM-Check to ensure that the development cam has been ground to those
requirements.

DPR FI Touring Camshafts
DPR FI Touring Camshafts are a result of years of racing touring cars,
drag cars, rally, and formula cars. The profiles are proprietary and are
specific to the nature of the required application of a given sport
compact engine design. They are designed to provide optimal peak power,
fuel efficiency for the given application, and the most usable torque
throughout the entire RPM band. Cores are cryogenically treated, then
machined to finished specs, then treated again to strengthen the surface
metal, and properly orient the metal grain to fight metal fatigue and
wear. B-Series VTEC Fitment Only! Requires Valve Train Kit and High
compression pistons for maximum performance.

Estas has been manufacturing extremely ware-resistant \"CHILLED\"
cast-iron camshaft blanks in our foundry since 1977. We use the latest
Schaudt CNC grinders and measuring equipment in our machining process
and manufacture to the automotive industry with ISO-16949 TUV
accreditation.

Started by Robert Bennett in 2005. The company has survived primarily on
income from contracting engineering service at automotive engine plants
and has done four retrofit controls on Landis grinding machines. We are
just getting started with grinding camshafts and we have an impressive
line up of Landis 3L CNC camshaft grinding machines and other important
camshaft manufacturing equipment. The owner has 20 years experience in
the machine tool industry and 15 years experience with grinding cam and
crank shafts.
Camshaft Grinding Service. We are an inexpensive,
high quality manufacturer of camshafts. We grind camshafts with Landis
3L CNC CAM grinders. We use CBN grinding wheels and straight oil coolant
for workpiece surface quality. We check camshafts using an ADCole 911.
Our machines have a maximum capacity of 10.5 inch diameter by 60 inches
in length with CNC grinding wheel swivel to produce controlled lobe
taper for flat tappet camshafts.

When opening intake valve, high acceleration G※1
is required for camshaft to send as much as mixture to the cylinder in
shortest time. On the other hand, when it closing valve, valve seat and
valve spring will be damaged if acceleration G is too high. Asymmetrical
profile must be given to the camshaftユs intake and exhaust valve to fill
the two contrary demands; secure wide duration and high lift but prevent
valve system from shock and damage, at one time.
